The restaurant, led by acclaimed Moroccan chef Meryem Cherkaoui, offers a cuisine that is both generous and precise — where local ingredients meet French savoir-faire. Her dishes celebrate terroir, seasonality, and emotion, in a setting inspired by both Saint-Tropez and the Marrakech Palmeraie.
